I unlocked a storm and when i go into the phone my verizon number still shows even tho all my functions work like sms and calls but cant get voice mail and the top still shows my vz number im lost tried battery pulls and what not im lost please help

Have you tried dialing ##000000 with the radio off? You can then edit the first two lines to the number that you want to show.
