Is your carrier Sprint? Unlocking a Storm will not do anything to make it usable on Sprint's network. CDMA carriers generally do not allow other carriers' devices to be added to their network. If you have Sprint, you will probably not be able to use the VZW branded Storm (or any other VZW branded phone).
