    I keep installing DM for blackberry and my phone keeps coming up unkwown as far as the USB, and doesn't find it. I NEED HELP. Thank you.

    Try reinstalling the drivers

    Try restarting your PC. I had the same or a similar problem, my PC could not detect the driver for the BB. I restarted and it worked.

    I agree with the PC rebooting. If that doesn't get you running...
