Trying to do a backup and I get this message.
I recently re-installed DM because I was unable to load .83.
I uninstalled and downloaded a fresh copy of DM from blackberry. The install went good, except at the end, I got an error message that it could not load a .dll file.
I continued with the install. Ran the .83 exe file. And finally, it shows as an upgrade option in DM. I was able to succesfully install the upgrade to .83 on the storm. After playing with it for a bit, I connected back to DM and tried to do a backup, It gets almost all the way complete, then I get the "UNKNOWN ERROR" and it stops.
