I keep getting this error many times a day

anyone know why? or what it means

Just a guess, but I would suggest resending your service books to see if this resolves the issue: options> advanced options> host routing table> menu key> register now

Judging by the error, the service books won't help. Sounds to me like your phone application has failed. Do you have a problem with dropped/incomplate calls? If your sig is correct, you are using Shrink-a-OS... I think I would drop that and re-install the OS again.
