Default Unable to unlock the screen
I just got an unlocked Verizon Blackberry storm 9530 on Ebay and got a pre paid sim card from AT&T and it work perfect.
I dont have Verizon Acct.
The problem is that Im planing on using this phone overseas and when i insert the cable and wireless sim card from Panama the screen get locked and im unable to unlock it with the unlock button on top left of the phone nor doing a battery pull.

Yes it is,,as i said im using an AT&T prepaid card with no problem

Did you try to use that sim card on other phones successfully?

Yes,,,I used it on 2 other phones and the screen dont get locked

You sure this is not a software related issue? Have you tried resetting your device with a handheld wipe?

From what I'm gettin from your first post, it's the actual button on your device?? If so then it is a hardware issue and needs to be sent to a repair shop.
