    i just got a replacement storm today and it setup my vzw.blackberry email fine but i am having problems with my gmail account.
    in the store, it wouldn't accept my password as valid and the tech told me to go home and change my email password on the computer.
    i did that and it didn't work.
    so i deleted it and tried to set it up all over again and now i get the same message every time...
    "Unable to set up [email protected]. Please try again."
    Any ideas? This replacement storm has been such a headache already, I'm so not in the mood.

    Go to the bis and make sure you change the device there pin and esn then resent service books

    Yah Spaciorek is right. You need to change the device PIN on the BIS site.
