Unable to send meeting request?

Any setting in the calendar that would not allow meeting request to be sent? I get no error messages but the recipient is not receiving the invites. I am able to receive meeting requests successfully with the appt appearing on my calendar.

Was able to send successfully with previous 8830. Thanks!

How'd you do it? I don't have the "invite attendees" option now that I used to have on the Pearl.

When I create a new appt, the icons at the bottom (a person with a "+" and a calendar; 2 people with an envelope) are grayed out. These look like the buttons that would be used.

I'm not on a BES.

What was the fix. I have this problem every time I create a new calender event and invite various attendees. When I send it to myself at another email address, it works fine. I can see all details as well as notes entered. Why can't others?
