I've just purchased BB Storm from Verizon and I've tried to record couple of video but I'm not able to play it back on my Storm. I get the following message.
Error Playing
"The media being played is of an unsupported format".
My wife's recently replaced Storm (running official .328) is doing the same thing. She recorded 3 videos of our daughter, and only one will play on her phone. She get's the "media being played is of an unsupported format". I emailed one of these videos to my Storm, and I can't play it either.
