I'm not able to connect to both laptops all of a sudden today via USB cable. I tried reinstalling the desktop application, restarted the phone, even enabled the bluetooth and connected the phone to the laptop but the device manager would not let me switch to bluetooth. Any ideas???
Go to Device Manager and check if the Blackberry has a yellow icon next to it. If it does right click it and choose Uninstall, it will warn you that if you remove that it wont work anymore, that's ok. After you have deleted it then go to go to Action>Scan for hardware changes. Make sure your Blackberry is plugged in and it will find the drivers and will work again.
