I have tried to add my Gmail address via the IMAP method and using the Gmail selection in BIS and neither will work. They both return errors "Unable to add account."

When I try to add my Gmail address via my carriers BIS site, it reports some validation error.

Is anyone else having this problem and/or any suggestions?

Found a fix.

Apparently my account was 'locked' and needed a Captcha form filled.
