1. Did the Storm come with a plastic screen cover thing? My screen looks all scratch but can't even tell if it has the plastic

2. Does Verizon sell those covers. If so, are they easy to put on?

1. It does come with a cover, but it really isn't suitable for the real protection you want.

2. Verizon does sell covers, I know some people hate them and had a hard time getting them on without bubbles, dust, etc. I didn't have that much problem with them and they do work well. Just have to take your time and do it slowly.

Yes it comes with a protector on already and I bought extra protector from verizon for 10 bucks for 3 protectors. It was easy to put on...I have steady hands.

As stated above, yes the Verizon screen protectors are great in my opinion. Take your time putting them on. Clean your screen with the provided cloth and smooth out the bubbles with a credit card or drivers liscense. Hope this helps...
