In the options menu, there should be a screen/keyboard choice. Look around in there for a keyboard tone changer or something.

There is no way to turn the sound off for the phone keypad permanently. However, if you need to make a phone call quietly, you can set your actual sound profile to vibrate or silent, and it will silence the phone keypad when you dial.
