    I have downloaded .113 onto my laptop, as I have done with previous OS upgrades, DM cant detect it to upgrade OS, any clues as to how I can do this???

    Do you have the 9500 or the 9530? If you have the 9530 it won't work.

    Go to c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml." Then the update should be detected.

    Also, if you have Automatic updates installed with DM, you may have to disconnect from the internet before you go to install it. Once the install starts, you're free to reconnect.
