I keep trying to upgrade from .56 to .57 and when the phone reboots it locks up while its loading. I've tried the OTA and I've tried it through the BBerry Desktop. Any suggestions? Im using the 9530
have you tried a hard battery pull (i think they call it). Pull the battery out and let it sit for like 30secs and then let it boot up and try it again. might work... mine dl'd and installed fine; even here while at work when i only have 1bar/less of services (sometimes only SOS)
i had to go to bbapp world and go through and hit upgrade and then it downloaded, then hit install and it gave me an error. cannot install. so i just went back to blackberry appworld hit upgrade again, and then downloaded it and hit install and it worked fine. so try again. just a thought....
