    Can somebody clue me in right quick as to where I turn on or off whether or not my storm displays the sound icon on the home screen?

    Are you using a theme? I forget now if there was a way to toggle it in the default Precision Zen theme, but in most themes it's controlled by the developer.

    No its the standard zen theme.... There is a way but I forgot the menu path to get to it....

    No such thing. It'll always be up on the main home screen in Zen mode.

    Holy crud, could have SWORE I could turn it off somehow..... Anyway, thanks for the info, won't waste my time looking for a feature that doesn't exist.
