yeah error backing up database...and it happens at teh same spot everytime...clock options

Delete your browser caches. Fixes it every time for me.

My backup and restore would freeze on me everytime I would click advance when i was trying to get my storm t-mobile ready...... Don't know what was causeing it was using DM 4.7 and 4.6 but I finally had to downgrade all the way down to 4.2 in order to get my back and restore to work.

yes try clearing the caches, open browser, menu, options, cache operations, clear at least the cookie and content cache, then try the backup again. Let us know if this works for you.

Clearing the browser cache also worked for me! Thanks!

Go Into Advanced when youre in the backup area of desktop manager, copy everything with shift and down arrow key, then later go back up and ctrl+click browser data cache, then copy the rest over. Works every time.
