I had problems prior, and searching and reading threads didnt solve my problem. I didnt wipe when I loaded new software tonight because i couldnt backup, so I just loaded over current version. Everything is in tact and the Storm is running great.
But it still doesnt solve my problem of no being able to backup. Any way to figure out what is holding up the backup process. I did create a backup couple weeks ago ok, but havent been able to recently.
