I just got my storm about two weeks ago and last night the screen quite responding. Nothing will ever happen if i just click on the screen to open something. If i wait till the backlight is about to time out and click it it will brighten back up. Would this mean that the digitizer isnt working? Could the calbe have just come out?
If it persists, take it to the store and have them switch it out under warranty. You will get a refurbished unit, but you couldn't tell the difference.
ive tried the battery pull several times. i even wiped it and reinstalled the OS. i can hear it click and when the backlight times out and the screen is fading i can click it and make the screen stay lit but can never get it to register when i click on the screen.
