i have my tap interval set to 400, hover set to 100 and swipe sens. set to 3..and the screen only recognizes where i press when it is with my thumbs, it does not recognize my fingers..any solutions or should i just deal with it? i really dont want to send it back for a 3rd one...

ok so i have realized now that it does not recognize my fingers when it is laying on a flat surface..if i have it pointed on an angle it works. in portrait and landscape mode..

any input would be greatly appreciated..

and no my fingers are not cold when this happens
