I don't know if this has been discussed but I figured out how to skip lines by using the enter/return key. First u need to hit the shift key and then hit enter/return and it skips to the next line.

Yea, I found that myself. But I'm sure a LOT of people will thank you for posting this. And if you hit alt and then backspace it will delete the whole text you were typing. Seems they put all these little tricks in and expect us to find them ourselves. Two down I guess.

I found the alt+backspace out by mistake a few times deleting quite a bit of text.

Ditto, I was aggravated that my text deleted out of nowhere (I text quite fast) until I found out how to do it.
