    Options>Security Options>General Settings>BB key>wipe Handheld.

    This will bring it back to factory settings, it does not affect the OS, but will remove all personal data.

    Without more information of what you are trying to do, i am ssuming this is what you wanted.

    That works. Unless you mean wipe the whole thing (OS and all)...then I'd recommend BBSAK.
