what does this mean!!

before i upgrade my OS i wanted to install the desktop manager onto my pc but everytime i upload the software it gives me that message.

so i connected the storm to my pc through USB but still nothing.


whats wrong?

note: i do not have internet connection. is this what is creating the problem?

What exactly do you mean by upload ... You have to install DM first and then download os file , install it and run DM again and everything is taken care of
