I have outlook 2003. when I synch my Storm I get all information except home and business mailing addresses. Can anyone help me get this info into my Storm. Running .75 Thanks
You can check to make sure that the fields are linked under the Synchronize section of the DM. Once you click Synchronize, click the Synchronization link under Configuration. The first option on the right should be another Synchronization link, click that. Next it will list what each application is synchronized to from the computer to the blackberry. Click address book to Microsoft Outlook, then click the advanced tab on the bottom of the window. Now at the very bottom of the screen there should be a section saying Map Fields..., click this section. Finally look in this window to make sure that the addresses you want are being linked. If not, just double click on the field and it will link them to the item.
