Have installed the desk top manager - running Windows XP Professional
- have ZoneAlarm Pro - cable broadband.
When trying to sync device it does not connect to internet - just keeps telling have to be connected first to do sync on email etc.
Think I have things set-up but may have missed a switch or what ever
Anybody run accross this problem before? - fixed it if so - any help
