Well, for those who are jerks and don't want to be helpful you need to just not post....FWIW...I didn't get a manual, not everyone buys their phones from Verizon, Helloooo, ebay. Just looking for help, not smart@ss remarks.

I think a lot of the crackberry "veterans" forget one of the rules for the forum which I conveniently copied and pasted for everyone:

Wow, no offense, but doesnt the "!?123" and "Sym" icons give it away?

You can just poke around and see what you have, its not like its going to kill your phone lol

update all: there is a backslash, just not easy to get to, go vertical with phone (portrait) go press the symbol key twice . There it is!!!

Or, in landscape, you could press the !?123 button and it's there

In landscape all you have to do is press the sym button one time. But web addresses use the forward slash.
