did a search and couldn't find it. I'm sure it's easy but I want to make sure I know how to properly switch devices. My Storm is having screen click issues so I'm getting a replacement from Telus. How do I make sure everything gets transferred and loaded properly onto my new one. Thanks for the steps.

Use the desktop manager and run the device switch wizard. I just used it for my storm1 to storm2 transition

Do I need to have both storms with me. They told me to back up and then bring the old storm in to switch to the new one so I won't have it any longer

your back ups will work with the replacement storm that you are getting... Just hook up the referbed storm to your DM and do a restore... it will load everything back onto the new storm that you got... Even switchs the pins and everything... Worked like a charm on every referb i got... 3 of them... even worked on the 4th brand new one they gave me... for all the bad referbs i got.. DM is your friend... Learn to love her...

I had to reload a most of my apps like Weather Bug, Instant messanger and that kind of stuff but the transfer went real smooth and took about 20 mintues.
