 stuck on reconnecting to jvm
Hi,
I have a 9530 storm and tried doing an OS update via my pc.
it made a backup and then wiped the phone.
now it keeps on downloading the new version of the OS but when it gets to reconnecting to JVM it wont go any further and keeps giving me error messages saying reconnect enter pin and retry..
tried everything and it just wont work. 
I'm in west africa for work and this is really annoying. its how I communicate with home 90% of the time. 
someone PLEASE help me..
