    I am the BES admin for our company, and we have a mix of Curves and Storm2s on our server. All phones have the same IT policy and there are no blocks present at the server level to prohibit content, etc. Our carrier is Verizon.
    My problem is that one of our Storm2s can't seem to connect to Verizon 411. Verizon swears it has to be blocked at the server level, but all other phones can access it no problem. I've checked the phone's firewall settings and nothing is blocked. I even tried deleting the phone from the BB server and reinstalling, to no avail. I've been unable to find any related posts on crackberry or elsewhere on the web that address this problem.
    Anyone else have experience with this, or have any ideas to share about possible fixes?
