Ever since I moved to .99, my storm won't vibrate when I receive a SMS or Email. The led doesn't blink either. Is this a known problem or am I missing something? I messed with the ringer/alerts settings and no change.

You're in the right place; check your vibration options (off, on, in holster only, and custom). First put it in "on" and hit "try it." If it works but is too soft for you, go to custom and vary your settings accordingly.
