I don't have my Mac available to me right now, so I'm trying to get the update OTA. I keep going to Options>Advanced Options>Wireless Upgrade and select check for upgrades and I constantly receive the message no upgrades available! How do I get my OS up to 4.7.0.75 OTA? MY friend has the same device and did the same thing in the same location as me and was able to upgrade. What gives???
I've been on the phone with VzW customer support for over an hour and have been frantically searching these forums and the internet while talking with customer support. They still haven't found a solution. Is there really no one out there who can help me???????
The fact that your friend got an update at the same location as you spells a problem. Maybe it's not location but some sort of alphabetical order?
Did you try the methods that were posted for those that didn't get the wireless upgrade option that are posted all over the forum, (and the pdf in the sticky)?
Only other idea is to do a battery pull and reset the system.
