I'm usually not one to ask for help, but my phone finally stumped me. Today when I woke up it had a full charge. Then it randomly shut off. I tried to do a battery pull and after that it stopped doing anything. When I plug it into the charger I get a red light, pause, 4 rapid red light flashes. I would really like help resolving this issue rather than have to get a new phone. Any help would be appreciated.
