I uploaded music from windows media player , just cds i burned to my computer. Uploaded them on my storm , worked fine for a month . Now it wont play anything nor my tones for my alarm . When I try to play a song in my music , a message comes up "the media being played is of an unsupported format "..
I am a noob , can anyone give me some direction ? Thanks.
I had a similar issue with my storm, except i did not even get an error, it just would not play my songs, and would seem to freeze up. I called verizon and they ended up sending me a replacement
