Question Storm verizon unlocked doesnt work bis with other operator...

HI THERE I NEED A HELP....i GET A STORM UNLOCKED BY VERIZON OPERATOR USA I GUESS .....AND I HAVE TRIED TO USE WITH MEXICO'S OPERATOR (TELCEL) AND I HAVENT SUCCES I HAVE TRIED LOADING THE BOOK SERVICE, CHANGE THE APN AND NOTHING.....ANY ONE HAS ANY CLUE ABOUT THIS ISSUE....i apreciatate to help me ....

More information would be helpful.

1 Do you have a sim card for Telcel in the Storm?

2 Have you gone to Options>Mobile Network on the phone and changed the Network Technology to GSM/UMTS

You need to register the device on the network as well ...

2 I did change the Network Technology for GSM/Umts and nothing also y restore the service book' telcel with Destop Manager and Nothing......
