my storm crashed on me a week or so ago i figured out it was the battery went n replaced it..now i cant get past the storm stuck on software agreement... i click the ok to get to the home screen it glows but wont go past that how do i fix this?

cud be a touchscreen issue ...... you tried holding the phone horizontally instead of upright to see if it will click and go through?
