Storm shutting down and rebooting

I really really need help here.

I had a storm which went off to vodafone as it didnt work and they replaced it with a new one. I have used it a couple of times then got an Iphone. I have now given the blackberry to my husband but it keeps rebooting itself, sometimes it just keeps rebooting. I will get a white screen with some words on it, its too quick to read but I think it said something about an error 835 (could be wrong) and then turns off and then on again but goes through the whole process of a complete reboot (i think)

I am not very comptuer literate but have a bit of knowledge to know that this is not normal

Can anyone help with what I could do to get it back to normal. I have security wiped it to delete it but can you get it back to factory settings or is that what the secuity wipe does

Any help would be good
