Sometimes my storm doesn't recognize my finger sliding or scrolling the screen...anyone know the settings to fix this

Options, Screen/Keyboard. The settings are towards the bottom.

Options > Screen/Keyboard
At the very bottom there is a swipe sensitivity setting as well as some other stuffs... Play around with them.

The only settings that adjust this are under "options" > "screen/keyboard" > at the bottom under "Touchscreen"...
