Hi all, I made the mistake of purchasing the LG Dare. I'm often outside and the Dare screen becomes barely visible in bright Southern California sunlight. I assumed all touch screen phones were like this until I saw the screen on the iphone.
So far I have not been able to find a comparison between the iphone & Storm in direct sunlight. How viewable is screen of the Storm outdoors?
    Thanks

There is a video on youtube where it compares the storm to the iphone in direct sunlight. They said the storm wins hands down.

No problems in direct sunlight with mine, and I have a screen protector on it as well.

The screen is meant to automatically adjust to direct sunlight!

Sometimes I wish I couldn't see it. lol. There are times where I'll be walking and not realize I had to take a turn or something then have to go back again.

Sunlight is no problem, but polarized sun glasses do make it tough to see. I guess that's true of any phone though.

Especially the Voyager, with polorized glasses, you HAD to use the front screen, with the polorized glasses on, the inside is pretty much just black.
