Sometimes during the day, my screen goes super dim. All settings say the backlight stays on all the time. When i press down really hard on my screen it lights back up, and as soon as i move my finger it goes back off. After a couple minutes of pressing it down, it finally comes back on. It happens everyday. How do you fix this?
My first storm did that, and it only got worse until it finally would not light back up. Verizon said that they had never seen this before, and luckily they gave me another phone. I would take it in and get it to duplicate the problem
