Default Storm queries
Hi

I've got a Storm off ebay that was a Bes, which means its looking for a server for email, is there a way to get this turned to a biz,also I don't know how to get on the net with it.

Any pointers as to where I start?

Download bbsak to your pc and connect your storm. Remove the it policy by performing a factory reset.

To use the net, email and other features you will need a bb specific data plan from your carrier.

Also, note that if you are only getting the "Enterprise Email" setup option and not the "Personal Email" setup option, that is indicative of not having the proper BlackBerry Data Plan active for the device.

Tried the bbsak but it would not show my blackberry as being connected.

Is there any other software/drivers I need to have before this bbsack? I am a complete blackberry newbie!

I dont have a data plan, thought however I would be able to see options to connect to my own Wi-Fi to browse the net ??
