    My storm just started going to a black screen and I can't bring it back up with out doing a battery dump any advice would be great. I already tried reinstalling the OS. Downgraded then upgraded then upgraded to lyricidal hybrid.

    Does she have BBLight app loaded on it? If so, uninstall it.

    Is there any app in particular that you launch and then get your black screen, or is it totally random? Also, how long does t run after a battery pull befor it goes black?

    random but i figured out if i let it sit for a min it will work again and its random after a battery pull
