I'll help you, but it's going to require some work on your part.
List all the apps you have installed.
To do so, go to options>applications. I need 3rd party and add on.
In that same list, rank the importance to each app from 1 to 5, 1 being Must have, 5 being could live without.
Tell me about how many messages you have in your inbox, whether read or not.
How many contacts and calendar entries do you have?
How many email accounts are set up on your phone.
Do you sync your contacts and calendar with any computer software, Outlook for example?
I used to have the problems you are having. I would wipe my device and resinstall the OS about once a month and the problems would go away temporarily. But after becoming a realistic minimalist, I have not had any problems. I pull the battery about once every 2-3 days just for old time's sake. After two months now, I'm still botting up from 1o-15 MB, which I almost never did even after a fresh install.
