my storm was perfectly fine until i tried to upgrade and i accidentaly yanked da cord out...im pretty sure my phone is nuked and i am trying to use the app loader but there isn't any applications to load, it just says the bb desktop software does not have bb device software for the device connected to your computer...and ive tried going to verizon but i have no idea how to get any version of software...i need help please!!!
First, delete any other OS you may have on your computer. Next go to C:/Program Files/Common Files/Research in Motion/Shared/Loader Files. Delete any loader files still on your computer.
Then you can download a copy of .328 to your computer from here. You should be able to work with it from that point. Let us know if you have any other problems.
