Storm not charging correctly (please reply asap)

Please help guys.

So my storm is charging whenever it wants to. I have tried different chargers and stuff. So when I plug my charger in the phone the clock appears and I do see the thunder bold. But after 10 seconds the thunder bold goes away and then comes back again and again. Which is causing to decharging my battery somehow.

For some reason, If I put the charging cable in a curtain way (like wrapping it around the phone) the thunder bold stays and it is charging normally. So this is making me believe that it is the charging port and not the battery ??

It is not the software cause I've updated my phone three times so far without any problem.

So the only problem is it isn't charging all the time. I don't think this is the battery but I'm thinking it's the usb (charging) port.

What do you guys think ? I already bought a usb port on ebay which I will get next week or so but I'm still worried that I t might be the battery instead of the usb.

Looks like your charging port broke somehow. :/

Pull battery .. leave it out for a minute .. put it back in .. reboot .. plug it in. Use to happen on my s1 all the time.

That's what I'm thinking as well. It can't be the battery at this point right ?

Then yea .. probably your charging port .. Not sure what you could other then send it out to get fixed, but at this point - is it really worth it? In about 3 days I'll have an s2 I can sell ya .. lol

lol thanks. I already bought the usb port, a friend of mine is going to fix it for me when the I have the port. I'm going to sell my s1 asap. I have had 2 many problems with it. Going to buy the s2.
