Please help whenever i lock the screen and then try to unlock it, the screen says screen is locked press the lock button to unlock. and it shows a picture of a lock next to it. but when i press the lock nothing happens and i end up having to take me battery out just to get back into my phone. am i doing something wrong? please help me.

Press the lock button at he top of phone that os not a button on the screen. Hope that helps.

That is hilarious because when I first got my storm I was fondused about the lock thing just like the op. The first day I had it I couldn't figure out what was going on, tsinh the lock icon on the screen like crazy.
