Those of you who got emails, did you previously request tracking information? Because I haven't received anything from Momentum today...

yeah, I had to go through quite a process to get my original tracking number. when it said the other day that the billing information was voided, I e-mailed momentum. This morning I got the e-mail in the OP.

I had previously requested it and they told me they would sent it. But I didn't get it until I sent them another e-mail today asking for it.

ah thanks, I actually meant to say yes that we would be able to get, but i didnt know insurance automatically carried over bc Ive had the same blackberry for a while, so I really dont remember how I dealt with it

Well this freakin sucks, my phone came with a big black piece of dirt under the top left corner, and a dead pixel in the center. On phone with Verizon now ordering a replacement.....

I've already received my 2nd Storm. It sucks that you got .65 on your storm, Pathymo. Both of mine arrived with .75

I am in Pennsylvania and got my Storm today. Came UPS 2nd day air and did not require a signature.

It is .65 and the screen doesn't click very well. grrr

my phone shuts down every 10 minutes... just reactivated my old phone, gonna go to the verizon store this weekend to try and get a new one. so that makes 2 crap phones out of the bunch.
