It was the 1st time i connected it to DM and it was updating app data. I run a mac, so i was using VMWare Fusion for XP. then i get a error msg that says the USB device was disconnected. i got a msg on my storm that said 'reload software 507'. now it has the phone and the computer with arrows on the screen but the DM is and has been stuck on 'Reconnecting To JVM'

What do I do?

Please read the following post to go about wiping your unit then reloading it. Also, in the future, please do not post multiple threads asking the same question. Give it some time, people will eventually respond.

If you have the error 507 on your screen, you have a device with no OS on it. You need to reload the OS...
