hello, i recently obtained a blackberry storm and i flashed it to cricket, i have the data package and everything...but i am unable to get on the internet!

and just recently..i connected my blackberry storm to the desktop manager and it updated like everything on it....now when i unplugged it theres not even a browser icon!



isnt there something i can do under advanced options to make my icon apear again and activate my internet or something? i know theres gotta be something to fix it!!

ive already talked to cricket customer support a million times...they keep refreshing my account and promising me it will work but it never does...
