    Default Storm on Ebay!!

Not really thinking about buying it from Ebay.

    The auction states:
(Q: You advertise this phone as unlocked. Can it work on an AT&T service? Oct-22-08
A: Yes, If you win the bid I will email you asking if your provider uses sim cards or not. We have both types available. For example, Sprint and Verizon don't use sim card, however, T-Mobile and AT&T do. We have both models to work with the different carriers.)

They have phones that work on GSM and CDMA you just have to specify when you purchase? Is this legitimate?

Is the only way I'm going to get one of these phones on the Sprint network is to buy an unlocked phone at retail?

Somebody let me know so I can start saving my pennies!!
