I love this phone and havent had a lot of the issues that some folks have complained about on here. However the one issue that I am having is that sometimes I will attempt to use the phone or send a text, and out of nowhere this white screen comes up with a lot of colorful small dots on the screen. This is my 2nd one that I have replaced, I love the phone and the service, but im wondering if this is a software or hardware issue. Hopefully its a software, therefore I can just fix the problem when the official upgrade is released. Has anyone seen a crash screen similar to this come up?

one way to see, upgrade to .109, if your still getting it, downgrade and on to replacement number 3

Its a software problem, got that issue on .83 quite a bit

On .109 got it too. Had to do battery reset
